tools: Import the gpxify program.

gpxify takes as input an recording retrieved from the GPS watch
and converts it to GPX format.
tools/gpxify [new file with mode: 0755] blob
Custom firmware for Decathlon Kalenji OnMove 220 and OnMove 500 GPS watches.
